Your pets will be less stressed, anxious and far more comfortable in their own surroundings and the advantage of having a sitter staying day and night in your home gives you peace of mind knowing that your home is secure and their presence will deter break ins. Your parcels and mail can be taken in and any household emergencies which may occur such as a burst pipe, can be dealt with immediately saving you the distress of having to deal with such an occurrence on your return.  So you can be away from home knowing not only is your pet being lovingly cared for but so is your home.

If you decide to book this service, an initial meet and greet will be scheduled so that the sitter can get to know you, your pet/s and your home. You can outline all aspects of how you would like the home stay to be in terms of anything you might need attended to during the stay. 

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

To help me continue providing reliable, high-quality care for your pets the following booking terms will apply:

Reservation Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Bookings are not considered as confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the first day of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled start date will be charged in full.

Early Returns Home:

Should you return home before the end of your scheduled booking, the original booking fee will remain payable in full and no refunds wll be given, as those dates will have been reserved exclusively for you and your pets.

As a small business with limited availability, once dates have been reserved, I often have to decline other enquiries. These terms help protect my business from losses caused by cancellations and last minute changes.
